Vietnamese auto manufacturer VinFast is preparing to enter the Indian market with its electric SUV, the VF e34. After establishing an electric vehicle (EV) plant in Tamil Nadu on February 26, 2024, the company is currently testing the VinFast VF e34 SUV on Indian roads. Expected to launch in the first half of 2025, the VF e34 will initially be introduced through the Completely Built Unit (CBU) route.
Design and Dimensions
The VinFast VF e34 test mule, heavily camouflaged, reveals several design details:
- Front Design: The electric SUV features an LED headlamp setup and sleek LED DRLs. It is expected to have a front bumper-mounted radar for ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) and a robust rear bumper.
- Side Profile: The side profile showcases heavy body cladding, body-coloured door handles and pillars, five-spoke alloy wheels, and chrome window inserts.
- Rear Design: Stylish tail-lamps with a wraparound design seamlessly connect to each other, enhancing the vehicle’s modern look.
