The Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP Edition model range will be available exclusively at Blue Square showrooms across the country. The Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP Edition of the R15M and MT-15 version 2.0 features the iconic MotoGP livery on the tank shroud, fuel tank, and side panels.

Yamaha R15M

The Yamaha R15M is powered by a fuel-injected 155 cc engine, delivering a maximum torque of 14.2 Nm at 7,500 rpm and a peak power of 18 bhp at 10,000 rpm. This engine is paired with a six-speed manual gearbox equipped with a slip and assist clutch and quickshifter. Notable features include traction control and Variable Valve Actuation (VVA) that activates at 7,400 rpm.

Recent enhancements to the R15M include a full digital color TFT screen, turn-by-turn navigation, and music control, all accessible via the Y-Connect app available on both Android and iOS.

Yamaha MT-15

The Yamaha MT-15 shares a similar 155 cc engine with comparable performance metrics and also incorporates Yamaha’s VVA system. Weighing just 139 kg, it boasts a patented DeltaBox frame and features such as a Bluetooth-enabled screen and LED headlamps. The MT-15 V2 is further enhanced with an upside-down fork and aluminum swingarm sourced from the R15 V4.
