VinFast, the electric vehicle manufacturer from Vietnam, has officially made its entry into the Indian market at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. This exciting event is taking place from January 17 to 22 at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi. Among the various models being showcased, the VinFast VF Wild is generating a lot of buzz. Introducing the VinFast VF Wild
The VF Wild is an innovative electric pickup truck that was first revealed for the U.S. market in early 2024. Designed with a perfect mix of functionality and modern aesthetics, this concept vehicle aims to serve both urban drivers and off-road adventurers. It boasts impressive dimensions, measuring 5,324 mm in length and 1,997 mm in width. One of its standout features is the power-folding mid-gate, which allows the bed length to extend from 5 feet to 8 feet when the rear seats are folded down, offering incredible cargo versatility.
VinFast’s Commitment to India
Although the VF Wild is currently a concept vehicle, its presence at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025 indicates VinFast’s serious interest in tapping into India’s electric pickup truck market. To further solidify its commitment, the company is in the process of building a cutting-edge EV assembly facility in Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu, with a substantial investment of ₹4,000 crore.
