By December this year, the dream of smooth travel from Delhi to Vadodara will be fulfilled. The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) is busy preparing for the high-speed travel on the Delhi-Vadodara section. It is being claimed that in December it will be able to complete the journey of 18 hours from Delhi to Vadodara in 10 hours.
In February this year, the first phase of the country’s longest Delhi-Vadodara-Mumbai Expressway has been inaugurated. After which movement between Delhi and Dausa has also started. Now the travel time between Delhi and Jaipur has been almost halved. Now the journey from Delhi to Gujarat through this expressway will also be completed in just 10 hours.

Direct connectivity will be available from next month
According to Mudit Garg, Project Director, National Highways Authority of India, Delhi Mumbai Expressway will get direct connectivity from Delhi in the month of May. Link expressway with DND flyover is being built to connect Delhi, Ghaziabad, Noida and Faridabad to Delhi-Mumbai Expressway. It will be connected to Kalindi Kunj and Faridabad Delhi-Mumbai Expressway.
That is, to go from Delhi to Dausa and Jaipur, the drivers will not need to go to Gurugram. According to him, the Delhi-Vadodara section is likely to be ready by December. May Complete Expressway is expected to be ready by March 2024.
