Temples in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh to be beautified before Mahakumbh-2025

– The government has allocated Rs 13 crore for the development of Dwadash Madhav Temple, Rs 5 crore for Nagvasuki Temple, and Rs 2 crore for Dashashwamedh Temple.
– Other temples that will be developed include Mankameshwar Temple, Alopshankari Temple, Padila Mahadev temple, temples coming under Panchkosi Parikrama Path, Koteshwar Mahadev, and Kalyani Devi.
– The Karchana area temples will also be developed with Rs 4 crore, and Rs 18.50 crore will be spent on several works including Akshayvat, Saraswatikoop, and Patalpuri temple corridor development.
– More than Rs 18 crore will be spent on more than 10 mask-related works, and lighting work is proposed at various places including Bade Hanuman Ji Temple at Sangam, Viman Mandapam Temple, Nagavasuki Temple, Shaktipeeth Alopi Devi Temple, and Hanuman Temple at Civil Lines.
