The Dolis will feature a total of 198 units and is part of a joint venture established in October last year with the Kanodia Group. The residential project spans 1.75 acres in Sector-46 of Gurugram. SPRE estimates that the project will generate a remarkable business of over Rs 1,400 crore over the next five years.
The project consists of two impressive towers, each standing at approximately 150 meters tall, offering apartments ranging from 2,850 to 3,600 square feet.
