Elevated Road Fully Opens Today. Convenience for Noida Commuters.

The repair work on the elevated road on Master Plan Road No. 2 is almost complete. Starting Monday, the road will be fully opened to vehicular traffic. Previously, due to repair work, the loop and main road were closed during the day and night for maintenance.

Repair Details and Phases

Noida Authority’s DGM Vijay Rawal claims that the elevated road will now last for about eight years, following repairs conducted in four phases. The repair work started in April this year after the selection of a company through a tender process.

Before the repairs began, the road had multiple broken sections. Remarkably, the elevated road required repairs within just two years of its inauguration.

This elevated road spans several kilometers and was initially opened in parts during 2017 and 2018. However, the road started showing signs of wear and tear soon after its opening.
