Government has again came up with its on retail sale to crop price hike on onions. Many details of will be seen in Delhi NCR area from today here is an exclusive report for you.

In an effort to control the rising onion prices, the Central Government will begin retail sales of onions at a subsidized rate of ₹35 per kg starting from Thursday. The sales will be conducted through mobile vans and NCCF (National Cooperative Consumers’ Federation) retail outlets across Delhi-NCR.

 

Minister of Food and Consumer Affairs, Prahlad Joshi, will inaugurate the retail sale from Krishi Bhavan. According to the announcement, onions will be sold through mobile vans at 38 locations, including Krishi Bhavan and the NCUI Complex.
