According to a report by Vehicle Portal, Ola has sold a total of 1,02,387 units of scooters from January 2023 to August 2023. It is projected that this number may surpass 2 lakhs by December 2023. The company’s OLA S1 Pro model alone accounts for approximately 75,000 units. With the upcoming festive season in November 2023, the sales of Ola scooters are expected to increase further.
The Ola S1 Pro scooter offers a driving range of 170 km on a single charge and has recently been joined by the more powerful Ola S1 X model in the market. The OLA S1 Pro and OLA S1 variants are also available for customers to choose from. The OLA S1 Pro is offered in 12 different color options and has a top speed of 116 kmph. It is equipped with a 5500 W motor and has a seat height of 792 mm. On the other hand, the Ola S1 model offers a driving range of 121 km on a single charge and has a top speed of 90 kmph. It weighs 121 kg and takes 5 hours to fully charge.
The newly launched Ola S1 X comes with two battery pack options, 3 kWh and 2 kWh, and takes 7.4 hours to charge completely. It features side stand alert and GPS, and can reach speeds of up to 60 kmph in 5.5 seconds. The scooter also offers Bluetooth connectivity, telescopic fork, and drum brakes on both wheels. It is equipped with a 3.5-inch LCD console.
