However, the rates for corporate offices, commercial properties, and residential plots in A+ category sectors remain unchanged.

Officials reported that there are 50 vacant plots under the residential categories A, B, and C, totaling 17,500 square meters. These plots will be sold at the new rates once the meeting minutes are released.
