Buying property in Noida has just become more expensive. The Noida Authority has increased the allocation rates for residential, industrial, group housing, and institutional properties by 6%. However, the rates for corporate offices, commercial properties, and residential plots in A+ category sectors remain unchanged.

  • Increased Rates: Allocation rates for residential, industrial, group housing, and institutional properties have been increased by 6%.
  • Unchanged Rates: Rates for corporate offices, commercial properties, and A+ category residential plots remain the same.

Available Plots:

Officials reported that there are 50 vacant plots under the residential categories A, B, and C, totaling 17,500 square meters. These plots will be sold at the new rates once the meeting minutes are released.

 

Buying property in Noida has become more expensive. The allotment rates of residential, industrial, group housing and institutional properties have been increased by six percent.

However, the allotment rates of corporate office and commercial properties under institutional use and category A plus sectors in residential, industrial properties have been increased by 6 percent.

The rates of corporate office, commercial properties have not changed and have been kept unchanged. These decisions were taken in the board meeting of Noida Authority held on Friday. The new rates of properties will come into effect as soon as the minutes of the meeting are released.

Officials said that 50 plots are vacant under 17500 square meters of land in category A, B and C of residential plots. The authority will sell these plots after the new rates come into effect.
