Noida to Build Underpass at Parthala Signature Bridge

An underpass will be constructed beneath the Parthala Signature Bridge on the Faridabad-Noida-Ghaziabad (FNG) route. This new underpass will facilitate travel from Chhijarsi to Sorak Village. The CEO of Noida Authority has issued directives to commence this project.
Road Widening Near Film City
Preparations are underway for widening the road at five points near the Film City route. The work is expected to begin by the end of July or early August. The CEO of Noida Authority, Dr. Lokesh M, held a meeting on Saturday to discuss various development projects. It was noted that the number of vehicles on the FNG route is increasing, necessitating these improvements.
Model Road on Industrial Route
A model road will be created on the Industrial Route, from Sector-1 roundabout to Sector-11 Jhundpura T-point. Tenders have already been issued for this project, and the price bids will be opened on July 9. The financial health of the applicant companies will be assessed during this process.
Signature Bridge Traffic Congestion
The Signature Bridge, which was completed a year ago, has started experiencing traffic jams during peak hours. Recent rain has exacerbated this issue, prompting the decision to build the underpass.
Inspection and File Advancement
The CEO has instructed officials to inspect the site and advance the paperwork for the underpass project.
Proposed Sports Complex in Sector-123
A sports complex is proposed for Sector-123, with several formalities already completed. Officials claim that work on the complex will commence soon.
Mahamaya Flyover Repairs
The Noida Authority has decided to repair the Mahamaya Flyover and its connecting sections, which lead to Kalindi Kunj. The agency responsible for the road work has left the initial layer of the road incomplete for a week, posing a risk to two-wheeler riders. Monitoring of the work by the relevant work circle has been lax, with no progress made despite the initial layer being removed.
