Yamuna Authority is set to offer a golden opportunity for industrial development in the YEIDA area in the New Year. This move comes as a response to the increasing demand for plots following the commencement of airport construction in Jewar.
New Schemes on the Horizon
The authority plans to launch three new schemes: Data Center, Mixed Land Use, and General Industries.
Key Highlights of the Schemes:
- Total Plots Available: 66 plots across different schemes.
- Size Range: The plots range from 4,000 square meters to 40,000 square meters.
- Selection Process: Allotments will be made through a draw and interview process.
- Location: The plots for Data Center Park are located in Sector 28, with 10 plots of five acres each.
Additional Plans
- Small Plot Scheme: Yamuna Authority is also preparing a scheme for smaller plots in sectors 32-33, including around 50 plots.
- Hotel Plots: Previously, three plots were included in the hotel plots scheme, with multiple applications received for each plot.

- Cost of Industrial Plots in Noida: It is three times more expensive to set up industries in the Noida Authority area, with allocation rates higher by around ₹23,000 per square meter.
- Lower Rates in Greater Noida: The rates in Greater Noida are ₹8,000 less per square meter. Smaller plots tend to be priced higher, while larger plots have lower allocation rates.
