The Noida International Airport will begin operations with 25 domestic and 3 international flights on its very first day. Passengers will be able to travel to various destinations, and the airport will also support the import and export of goods. Additionally, two cargo flights have been scheduled to start for freight transport.
According to an airport authority official, commercial flights will commence on April 17. The construction of the first phase of the airport, spread over 1,334 hectares, is 95% complete. Currently, the airport is in the process of acquiring the necessary licenses and completing other formalities.
The flight schedule for the first day has been finalized, with a total of 30 flights scheduled to take off. The International Air Transport Association (IATA) has approved this flight schedule.
