The Journey Between Greater Noida and Faridabad Becomes Easier

The journey between Greater Noida and Faridabad is set to get a lot easier. Soon, the Manjavali bridge will be connected to a new 1 km long road, providing direct connectivity between the two cities. This project faced delays in the past because farmers were unhappy with the compensation offered. However, an agreement has now been reached, and a total of Rs 25 crore will be distributed to 40 farmers shortly.

Benefits of the New Road

Once this road is completed, travel time between Faridabad and Greater Noida will be reduced by half an hour. This is particularly beneficial for students who travel daily between the two cities. Currently, many people take longer routes from Delhi to Noida when heading from Faridabad to Greater Noida, but this new road will make their commutes much more convenient.

Background of the Project

The foundation stone for the new route was laid back in 2014, but work was halted due to compensation disputes with farmers. Now that a compensation agreement has been finalized, the administration has released a list of 40 farmers who will receive payments. The construction of this road will not only shorten travel times but also boost business and educational activities between the two cities.

Connecting Communities Safely

This new road will connect Atta Gujran village in Greater Noida with Manjavali village in Faridabad. Currently, the area is accessed via an unpaved road, which poses safety risks. The construction of the new road will ensure safer and more convenient travel for everyone.
