Metro Service from Noida to Krishna Park Extension
People traveling by metro will soon have a convenient option to travel directly from Noida Botanical Garden to Krishna Park Extension. This service is part of the long-awaited Janakpuri West-Krishna Park Extension corridor, which has been under construction for four months. While no official start date has been announced yet, there are hopes that metro operations will begin before the Delhi Assembly elections. This would be a significant development for commuters looking for efficient transportation in the area.
Progress on the Janakpuri West-RK Ashram Corridor
The Janakpuri West-RK Ashram Metro Line, which spans 29.26 km, is an extension of the existing Magenta Line. Currently, metro services run from Noida’s Botanical Garden to Janakpuri West. Encouragingly, about two kilometers of the underground corridor from Janakpuri West is already complete. The Commissioner of Metro Rail Safety recently inspected the corridor’s safety standards, and operations are expected to start soon, pending the final inauguration, which has faced delays for political reasons.
