Interestingly, the new model will be the final launch from the company on Indian shores for this year. Mercedes-Benz India has launched a total of 13 products so far in 2024, including the new E-Class, GLS, EQS SUV, and more.

Mercedes-AMG C63 SE E-Performance: The Engine

Mercedes-AMG emphasizes the e-performance core in the C 63 S. This model features an electric motor on the rear axle combined with a front-mounted engine, resulting in a total output of 661 bhp and over 1,000 Nm of torque. The AMG Dynamic Select system allows drivers to choose from eight driving modes, including an electric-only launch mode that accelerates from 0 to 130 km/h.

Design Features

The Mercedes-AMG C63 SE E-Performance boasts AMG-specific design elements inside and out. The cabin is equipped with the latest MBUX system, performance-oriented seats, and multiple display screens. A unique feature is the plug-in charging flap, marking it as a plug-in hybrid.

Mercedes-Benz India’s AMG Lineup

Over the years, Mercedes has expanded its AMG lineup in India, responding to growing demand for performance vehicles. Currently, there are nine AMG models available, with the AMG GLC 43 4MATIC Coupe being the first to be locally assembled in India since its launch in 2020.
