The account of equal rights is being brought in the government of Uttarakhand with a new bill. The government is rapidly moving towards a new law in which it will become mandatory for couples living in a living relationship to obtain a new self-declaration letter.
The government of Uttarakhand has decided to bring new MLAs in which if any couple wants to live together then they can live without marriage but for that they will have to first obtain a self declaration certificate.
With this new system, on the one hand, they will be provided legal protection and on the other hand, the pending cases will also reduce. This MLA will be presented in the assembly session to be held on 5th February. With this new bill, registration of every marriage will also be made mandatory.
