The shift car in which the accused had gone belonged to Abhishek’s maternal uncle. Abhishek has confessed that he has been coming and going in JNU since childhood. On Tuesday night, car-borne youths had tried to kidnap a girl student in JNU. The accused also misbehaved and molested the student. Even after the incident, the accused did not run away from JNU and thrashed the PhD student at the main gate.
