Jawa Yezdi Motorcycle has introduced a new variant of its Jawa 42 Bomber bike, the Red Sheen Edition, priced at Rs 2.29 lakh. This model is part of the factory-custom lineup and comes with unique customization options for customers.
The bike was launched at the All You Can Street Festival in Mumbai and is set to compete with the Royal Enfield Bullet 350 in the Indian market.
Design and Features
The Jawa 42 Bomber Red Sheen Edition retains the same design elements as the Black Mirror Edition, including dual-tone alloy wheels, tubeless tires, and a redesigned fuel tank with attractive silver chrome and red graphics.
The bike also features knee grips, black and matte black paint scheme, Jawa branding, and a pair of bar-end mirrors. With a weight of 185 kg, the bike offers a comfortable and stylish riding experience.
Engine and Performance
The Jawa 42 Bomber Red Sheen Edition is powered by a 334cc liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine that produces 29.4 hp and 32.7 Nm of torque. The engine has been refined and retuned for better performance, with a 6-speed gearbox, slip and assist clutch, and improved throttle response.
The bike also features mono shock absorber rear suspension, telescopic forks in the front, disc brakes with dual-channel ABS, and a range of modern features like a digital console and full LED lighting.
