Eligibility for Visa-On-Arrival
- Indian citizens must hold a valid visa or residence permit from the United States, United Kingdom, or any EU member country.
- The applicant’s passport must be valid for at least six months from the intended date of entry into the UAE.
Duration and Extension of Visa
- Eligible travelers will receive a 14-day visa upon arrival in the UAE.
- This visa can be extended for an additional 60 days by paying the required fees.
Entry Process
The visa-on-arrival facility is available at all major UAE airports, ensuring a smooth entry for qualified Indian travelers. No pre-approval is needed, which eliminates extra paperwork and makes the travel process simpler.
Additional Initiatives
- In February, Emirates airline partnered with VFS Global to assist with visa-on-arrival services for Indian passport holders.
- Dubai also introduced a five-year multiple-entry visa for Indian citizens, further enhancing travel flexibility.
