New Industrial Township in Gurugram
The Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) has exciting plans in store for Gurugram. They are set to develop a new Industrial Model Township (IMT) on a sprawling three thousand acres of land near Pachgaon Chowk. This initiative aims to boost industrial growth in the area by creating a dedicated space for businesses to thrive. The development process is expected to kick off in the new year, marking a significant step toward enhancing the region’s industrial infrastructure.
Planning and Development Process
The HSIIDC has carefully crafted a plan that includes a variety of plots designed for different industries. Each plot will cater to the diverse needs of businesses looking to establish themselves in the area. Once the expenses have been estimated, the plan will be submitted to the government for approval. Following the green light, HSIIDC will begin auctioning off these plots to attract new industries, further stimulating economic growth and job creation in Gurugram.
Expanding Industrial Opportunities
This new township will be the fourth of its kind in the Gurugram district, joining the ranks of existing townships in Udyog Vihar, Manesar, and Sohna. HSIIDC’s approach to creating specialized industrial areas in each district has proven effective in fostering employment opportunities.
