The Noida Authority has begun preparations to develop Sectors 25A and 32A just like the City Center. Here, you will find markets, malls, multiplexes, parking spaces, hotels, entertainment parks, conference halls, offices, banks, and more! The area on both sides of the elevated road, Amphi-2 Fly, will be included in this plan. 🏢🌳
In Sectors 25A and 32A, there are approximately four lakh square meters of vacant land. Initially, this entire land was taken by a web builder who planned to develop a City Center, though this plan did not come to fruition. The web builder still holds a portion of the land, which includes flats and commercial centers. Last year, the authority had launched a scheme by dividing the vacant land into small commercial plots. Despite two attempts, the scheme did not succeed. Now, the authority has decided to develop the area as a City Center. 🛍️🎬
According to the authority officials, the entire land will feature markets, malls, multiplexes, parking, recreational spaces, hotels, entertainment parks, conference halls, offices, and banks. To accomplish this, the authority will now select an architect. The architect will create a plan that will need approval from the officials and the board. 🎨🏛️
The Commercial Hub Plan
In March 2011, the Noida Authority allocated 614,000 square meters of land to a web builder for the development of Sectors 25A and 32A. The builder aimed to develop it as a commercial hub, but the plan remained incomplete. Currently, approximately four and a half lakh square meters of land is still under possession. 🏙️🌆
Land Surrender in 2017
In 2016, the web builder applied to surrender the land to the authority under the Project Settlement Policy. However, the process was not completed. The builder then reapplied to return 4.5 lakh square meters of land. The authority then began further action. This time, the builder again got some land reallocated from the authority. 📜🏗️
