Gold and Silver Rates Change from Yesterday to Today

According to the Indian Bullion Jewelers Association’s website, the price of gold opened today at Rs. 59,772 per ten grams, a decrease of Rs. 149 from the previous day’s closing price of Rs. 59,921 per ten grams. Currently, gold is selling Rs. 1,813 cheaper than its all-time high of Rs. 61,585 per ten grams on May 11, 2023.

Meanwhile, the price of silver opened today at Rs. 73,102 per kg, a decrease of Rs. 330 from the previous day’s closing price of Rs. 73,432 per kg.

Gold and Silver Trading in MCX and International Markets

Gold futures for August 4, 2023, are trading at Rs. 59,788.00 with a gain of Rs. 147.00 in the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX). Similarly, silver futures for July 5, 2023, are trading at Rs. 73,407.00 with a gain of Rs. 433.00.

In the international market, gold is trading at a gain of $2.82 at the rate of $1,962.91 an ounce in the US, while silver is trading at a gain of $0.07 at the level of $24.16 an ounce.
