The five accused were brainwashed by LeT operative T Naseer arrested for his alleged role in 2008 serial bomb blast case in Bengaluru and stationed in the judicial custody of Bengaluru central prison.
The five accused — who had been arrested in 2017 in connection with a murder case — had met Naseer in judicial custody, where the latter radicalised them, police said.
