Passenger Services Halted

Due to the smoke and ongoing firefighting efforts, passenger services at the BKC station have been temporarily halted. Authorities have advised commuters to use the Bandra Colony station for alternative metro services. In a recent update, it was confirmed that senior officials from both the Mumbai Metro Rail Corporation and the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation are on-site to manage the situation. This incident follows a similar fire event at the Mandai Metro station in Pune last month, which thankfully resulted in no injuries.
