Female doctor successfully pursued and apprehended two robbers in Delhi.

Bike-riding Miscreants Snatch Mobile Phone of Female Doctor Outside Veer Savarkar Hospital

New Delhi.

Bike-riding miscreants snatched the mobile phone of a female doctor from outside Veer Savarkar Hospital located in Karawal Nagar. The victim did not lose courage and caught both the accused by taking a lift from a bike rider.

Caught in the Act

Asha Veer, who lives in East Arjun Nagar, is a doctor at Savarkar Hospital. On Tuesday afternoon, the female doctor was standing outside the hospital talking on the phone. Meanwhile, two miscreants riding a bike snatched the mobile from her hand and ran away. Undeterred, the woman quickly took a lift from a two-wheeler driver and started chasing the miscreants.

The chase came to an unexpected end when the bike of the miscreants slipped near Hariom restaurant, causing both of them to fall. Seizing the opportunity, the woman caught both the accused with the help of passersby.

Recovery and Arrest

After apprehending the accused, the woman managed to recover her mobile phone. She then promptly informed the police about the incident. The police arrived at the scene and arrested both the accused, identified as Himanshu and Bittu. Both individuals are residents of Dayalpur.
