North Campus of Delhi University has always been a hub for food lovers, and now some alumnae have come back to set up food stalls along the campus to relive their college days. Here are some of the food spots you can check out:
Pattu Foods: Nitakshi Nidhi, a 2009 BA (Prog) graduate of Daulat Ram College, operates out of her hatchback filled with homemade, healthy food on the footpath by the red light between Hindu and Ramjas colleges. The thaalis they serve under the banner of Pattu Foods are priced between ₹40 to ₹80 only.
The Choco Heist: Rachna Solanki, who studied BA (Prog) at Kalindi College and graduated in 2020, exclusively sells drool-worthy waffles in different flavors at her stall called The Choco Heist. Each waffle is only ₹50.
Intoxicate Choco and Bakery: Shreya Chaudhary, a 2019 BCom (Hons) graduate of Ramjas College, runs her bakery stall opposite the Hansraj College hostel gate. The bakes are priced between ₹40 and ₹70.
All these food spots are run by young alumnae reliving their #CampusKeDin and serving affordable homemade food and baked goodies. It’s a great way for students to have ghar ka khana for lunch at a decent price that doesn’t throw off their budget.
