– Potential buyers will have a five-day window starting from July 10 to tour sample flats and book their preferred unit.
Price and booking amount
– Booking amounts for EWS, LIG, MIG, and HIG flats are ₹50,000, ₹1 lakh, ₹4 lakh, and ₹10 lakh, respectively.
– The price of HIG flats in Jasola Vihar ranges from ₹2.08 crore to ₹2.18 crore, while MIG flats in Dwarka range from ₹1.25 crore to ₹1.35 crore.
– The cost of LIG flats is ₹15 lakh in Narela and Rohini, ₹17 lakh in Siraspur, and ₹30 lakh in Lok Nayakpuram.
– To apply for the DDA Housing Scheme, visit the official website at www.dda.gov.in and fill out the online application form.
– Upload the required documents and pay the application fee to complete the process.
– Once the payment is done, note down the application number for future reference.
