Planning to own a DDA flat in Delhi? The Delhi Development Authority will commence the registration for their newly constructed apartments from June 30. Under the Phase IV housing scheme, about 5500 flats will be up for sale.

Flats’ Locations and Categories:

  • Jasola: 40 high-income group flats
  • Dwarka: 50 middle-income group flats
  • Narela: 149 MIG flats along with low-income group and economically weaker section flats
  • Lok Nayak Puram
  • Rohini
  • Siraspur

Registration Process:

  • Those interested can apply via the official DDA online portals.
  • DDA will launch a dedicated sale management portal where all options for flat booking will be available.
  • Details of the scheme can be accessed on websites: https://eservices.dda.org.in and https://dda.gov.in.
  • A non-refundable registration fee of Rs 1000 is to be paid by applicants in any category.
  • Registered applicants can visit the properties during a notified window of 4-5 days. Junior engineers will be present on-site to guide potential buyers.

Booking Process:

  • Booking amount varies with the income group: Rs 50,000 for EWS, Rs 1 lakh for LIG, Rs 4 lakh for MIG and Rs 10 lakh for HIG.
  • On flat finalization, a demand letter will be issued by DDA.
  • Full payment for the flat has to be made within 60 days without interest. An additional 30 days will be allowed with 11% interest.

Price Range of DDA Flats:

  • EWS flats: Rs 10-13 lakh
  • LIG flats: Rs 15-30 lakh, varying with location
  • MIG flats: Rs 1.05 – 1.45 crore
  • HIG flats: Rs 2.25 – 2.46 crore

Eligibility Criteria:

Anyone owning less than 67 sqm of flat or plot in Delhi can apply for these newly constructed DDA flats. For EWS category applicants, an income certificate with less than Rs 10 lakh annual gross salary has to be submitted.
