The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is all set to kick off the second phase of its Festive Dhamaka Housing Scheme on February 7th. This phase, based on a first-come, first-served basis, allows prospective homeowners to book their flats starting at 11 AM on February 7th.
Available Flats in the Scheme
The scheme includes a variety of flats located in Loknayak Puram, Narela, and Dwarka, categorized under EWS (Economically Weaker Section), MIG (Middle Income Group), and LIG (Low Income Group).
According to DDA, applicants have the opportunity to book a flat of their choice within these areas. Specifically, the scheme offers EWS flats in Dwarka Sector 19B, MIG flats in Loknayak Puram Pocket E, and both EWS and LIG flats in several sectors and pockets within Narela.
E-Auction Schedule
Officials have announced that an e-auction for the premier housing scheme’s second phase will be conducted from February 5th to 10th, between 11 AM and 12 PM daily. The schedule for the auction is as follows:
- February 5th: Penthouse and MIG flats in Dwarka
- February 6th: Super HIG in Dwarka
- February 7th: HIG in Dwarka
- February 8th: HIG flats in Dwarka
- February 9th and 10th: HIG flats in Dwarka
