On Monday, District Magistrate Manish Kumar Verma chaired a meeting of the District Trade Bandhu Committee at the Collectorate Auditorium. The focus of the meeting was to discuss and resolve various issues affecting local traders, including encroachments, traffic jams, parking problems, and the condition of roads.

Concerns Raised by Traders

During the meeting, traders voiced their concerns about ongoing encroachments, heavy traffic, and inadequate parking facilities. They also highlighted issues related to road repairs and challenges with GST compliance. The District Magistrate took these issues seriously and directed relevant officials to address them promptly.

District Magistrate Verma emphasized the need for immediate action against encroachers in the Dadri Market. He assured traders that measures would be taken to alleviate their problems, enabling them to focus on their businesses effectively.

Electricity Connections and Other Issues

Additionally, the District Magistrate urged the electricity department to expedite the processing of pending electricity connections. The meeting was overseen by Deputy Commissioner Administration State Tax Secretary, Rohit Malaviya, and attended by various departmental officers, including Chief Development Officer Vidyanath Shukla.
