Info Edge initiates forensic audit of 4B Networks
Info Edge, the parent company of employment website Naukri.com, has invested heavily in 4B Networks and has decided to conduct a forensic audit of the company after not receiving any information regarding its investment. Info Edge had appointed Deloitte as the auditor for the investigation. 4B Networks was founded by Rahul Yadav, the founder of Housing.com, in November 2020. Despite owning a majority stake in the company, Info Edge has faced difficulties obtaining financial information from 4B Networks. In response, Info Edge has initiated a forensic audit to investigate the matter.
