The plant, prepared with modern technology, ensures no noise pollution and prevents dust from flying out. Currently, approximately 6500 tonnes of debris are generated daily in Delhi. The Jahangirpuri plant has the capacity to dispose of 2000 tonnes of debris every day. This plant is the fourth recycling plant in Delhi, with a total daily disposal capacity of 5000 tonnes. The Chief Minister further announced plans to build a new plant with a capacity of one thousand tonnes and increase the capacity of the existing plant in Okhla.

Kejriwal also highlighted the reduction in corruption within the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) since the Aam Aadmi Party came to power. Earlier, MCD faced issues of corruption and delayed salaries for employees. However, with the new government, these problems are gradually being resolved, and good work is being done. Kejriwal acknowledged that it will take time for everything to improve, but corruption in MCD has started reducing. Employees are now receiving their salaries on time, and stalled projects are being completed.

In order to make Delhi clean, the Municipal Corporation has launched a campaign, including the MCD-311 app, which resolves 90-95 percent of the problems reported on the app immediately. Kejriwal emphasized that cleaning Delhi and eradicating corruption cannot be achieved by the government alone; it requires the collective effort of the two crore people living in Delhi. He urged everyone to come together and actively participate in cleaning Delhi and eliminating corruption.
