The Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) has given the green light to develop the Harnandipuram township over 541 hectares between the Raj Nagar Extension’s Outer Ring Road and the Pipeline Road. This decision was taken during GDA’s 165th board meeting chaired by Meerut Divisional Commissioner Selva Kumari J.

- West: Hindon River Area
- South: Outer Ring Road from Morti to NPR Road

The GDA plans to conduct a detailed survey and prepare a comprehensive proposal to submit to the government for approval. The land identified for the township covers eight villages, primarily comprising agricultural and recreational land:
