The maximum temperature on Friday was recorded at 32.5 degrees Celsius, whereas it increased to 35.6 degrees on Saturday.

According to the Meteorological Department, the monsoon has arrived in Delhi and daily rainfall is expected for the next few days.
An Orange Alert has been issued from Sunday to Tuesday and a Yellow Alert from Wednesday to Friday, indicating the possibility of rain each day.

Heavier showers were reported in prominent areas such as Red Fort, Kartavya Path, India Gate, Feroz Shah Road, Gandhi Nagar, Connaught Place, and Patparganj. Although the rain was brief, it caused a rise in temperature.
Additionally, several cars faced issues like waterlogging, resulting in significant inconvenience for the residents.
Wind Speeds to Increase
The Meteorological Department forecasts that Sunday will bring more heavy rain with winds blowing at speeds of 30 to 40 kilometers per hour.
