AAP made significant changes to the speaker and minister positions in Delhi’s assembly before elections.

Amidst the ongoing political turmoil in the country’s capital, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has surprised everyone by making major changes in the Delhi unit organization. New presidents and organization ministers have been appointed for 63 out of 70 seats in the assembly. The official list has been issued by the party’s National General Secretary, Dr. Sandeep Pathak, Delhi State President and Minister Gopal Rai, and Delhi Unit’s Vice President Jitender Singh Tomar.

National Organization General Secretary Sandeep Pathak stated that the party’s office bearers have played an important role in taking the national interest of the party and the works of the government to the masses. All the in-charges have to be ready for all kinds of challenges. He added that despite the central government taking away powers from the Delhi government, the people of Delhi have faith in the Aam Aadmi Party. It is worth mentioning that earlier, the names of 7 Vice Presidents of Delhi State were announced.

In addition to this, a list of names of 7 organization ministers was also released. The party has previously announced the names of presidents and 70 secretaries of all the 14 districts of Delhi. Each of the 70 secretaries has been given the responsibility of one assembly. Party convenor Gopal Rai stated that all the newly appointed office bearers will work to strengthen the party in their respective areas. With the upcoming Lok Sabha elections in mind, all the office bearers of the party will focus on increasing public relations.
