Reliance Consumer Products Limited (RCPL), a part of Reliance Industries, has launched a new brand of bottled water called “Sure”. This brand is now available in the market and aims to compete with popular names like Bisleri and Kinley.

Sure is designed to be a high-quality yet affordable option for consumers. It is priced 20-30% lower than leading brands, which is expected to attract many buyers in the growing ₹ 30,000 crore packaged water market.

A 250 ml bottle of Sure water costs just ₹ 5. The larger packs will also be available soon, with a one-liter bottle priced at ₹ 15, while competitors charge ₹ 20. The two-liter pack of Sure will cost ₹ 25, compared to ₹ 30-35 for rival products.

Reliance plans to collaborate with several regional water manufacturers to ensure a steady supply of Campa Sure. They aim to maintain quality standards and are focusing on partnerships rather than acquisitions.

In addition to Sure, Reliance is also discussing partnerships with about 24 companies in North India. The launch comes after recent GST reforms that reduced tax on packaged water from 18% to 5%, making it more affordable for consumers.
