The Saheli Smart Card will be available to women and transgender individuals who are at least 12 years old and are permanent residents of Delhi. Those living on rent must provide proof of their address, like an electricity bill or ration card.
However, not everyone will qualify for this card. Women and transgender individuals under 12 years old won’t be eligible. Additionally, those who are not permanent residents of Delhi or lack proper documents like Aadhaar or an electricity bill will also miss out.
To get the Saheli Smart Card, individuals must register online at the DTC official portal. They will need to choose a partner bank to complete the KYC process, which requires Aadhaar, PAN card, address proof, and a passport-sized photo. After verification, the card will be sent to their registered address.
