Residents looking to own land in Ghaziabad may soon get a golden opportunity, as the Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) is preparing to launch a new residential plot scheme in Noor Nagar, Nandgram. The authority will develop approximately 8,000 square meters of land, including the construction of roads and the laying of sewerage and water pipelines.
GDA Conducts Survey for Land Development Readiness
The GDA recently conducted a survey of development land rather than relying solely on acquired plots for its schemes. A team from the authority visited the Noor Nagar area and identified vacant land under plot numbers 96 and 97 suitable for development.
According to officials, over 100 plots have already been planned based on the layout, and necessary development work is expected to commence soon.
Plot Sizes to Cater to Various Needs
The scheme will include plots of various sizes to cater to a wide range of buyers. Planned sizes include:
-
60 sq. meters
-
90 sq. meters
-
112 sq. meters
-
160 sq. meters
-
180 sq. meters
-
217 sq. meters
All plots will be allocated for residential purposes and are part of a structured urban planning initiative by the GDA to meet growing housing demands in the region.
Infrastructure Development to be Prioritized
Road construction and utility services, such as sewer lines and drinking water supply, will be developed simultaneously to ensure basic civic amenities are available from the start.
