Page Industries LTD, which holds the exclusive license for Jockey innerwear in India, has announced its financial results for the December quarter. Along with the results, the company declared a third interim dividend for the financial year 2025.
Third Interim Dividend Announced
The company will pay a dividend of Rs 150 per share to its shareholders. The record date for this dividend is set for 13 February 2025, and the payment will be made by 7 March 2025.
This marks the third interim dividend the company has declared this financial year, bringing the total dividend to around Rs 700 per share. Earlier, Page Industries announced two more interim dividends of ₹ 250 and ₹ 300 per share.
Financial Performance Highlights
In terms of financial performance, Page Industries reported a significant increase in net profit, which rose by 35% to Rs 205 crore for the October-December quarter. This is up from Rs 152 crore in the same quarter last year. Additionally, the total revenue increased by 7.2% to ₹ 1,313 crore during this period.
The company’s operating profit (Ebitda) also saw a rise of 34%, reaching Rs 302.6 crore. The Ebitda margin improved to 23%, compared to 18.4% in the previous year.
Market Reaction
Following the announcement of these positive quarterly results, Page Industries shares experienced a boost, rising by up to 3% during trading on February 5. The shares are currently trading at Rs 47,950, reflecting an increase of 2.2%.
