A US Army Aircraft Lands in Amritsar with Undocumented Indians

A US Army aircraft has recently landed at Guru Ravidas International Airport in Amritsar, bringing back Indians living in America without proper documentation. This marks the first return of such individuals since Donald Trump’s second term began.

Security officials have assured that the list of those arriving does not include anyone with a serious criminal background. Some of the returnees will be taken to their villages in police vehicles, while others from different states will be sent home via flights. Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal, the Minister of NRI Affairs in Punjab, has addressed the situation in detail. He emphasized the seriousness of the matter and announced that he would personally be at the airport to welcome the 205 Indians upon their arrival.

Punjab’s Director General of Police, Gaurav Yadav, mentioned that discussions have taken place regarding the returnees. Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann has instructed that the immigrants be received warmly by the Punjab government.
