Tata Motors is set to showcase a range of new vehicles at the upcoming Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025 in January, which will include both electric vehicles (EVs) and petrol-diesel cars. However, the company’s focus for next year will remain largely on electric vehicles. If you’re eagerly awaiting Tata’s latest models, here’s a sneak peek at the upcoming vehicles that will be revealed next month.
Tata Sierra EV
Tata Motors is bringing back one of its most iconic SUVs, the Sierra, in an all-new electric avatar. The Sierra EV will feature a 60-80 kWh battery pack, offering a range of over 500 kilometers. There’s also speculation that Tata might offer a petrol-diesel variant of this model, which could come with a 1.5-liter turbocharged petrol engine, delivering 170 PS and 280 Nm of torque. Additionally, a 2.0-liter diesel engine option could be available.
Tata Harrier EV
At the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025, Tata Motors will also present the Harrier EV. With a full charge, it is expected to offer a range of 450-550 kilometers and will feature a dual-motor all-wheel-drive setup. The entry-level variant might include a single motor. The design of the Harrier EV may see some tweaks, and Tata is also planning to introduce a petrol version of the Harrier with some updates.
Tata Safari EV
Tata Motors will launch the Safari EV in February next year, offering a 7-seater option. With a full charge, the Safari EV will provide a range of 550 kilometers. Significant design and interior changes are expected in the new model.
Tata Punch Facelift
Next month at the Expo, Tata Motors will unveil a facelifted version of its popular compact SUV, the Punch. The updated Punch will feature several design changes, and new features will be added to enhance its appeal. The car will be powered by a 1.2-liter petrol engine, and Tata plans to strengthen its position in the market with this model.
Tata Tiago and Tigor Facelift
Tata Motors will also launch the facelifted versions of the Tiago and Tigor. These models will see cosmetic updates, including redesigned bumpers, headlamps, and tail lamps.
There will also be changes to the front and rear sections of both cars, along with potential updates to the interiors. Both the Tiago and Tigor will share the same 1.2L petrol engine, offering a 5-speed manual and AMT gearbox option.
