The Indirapuram Expansion Plan is set to release 50 newly developed land plots for sale, including 47 residential and 3 commercial plots. These plots will be auctioned in January, according to officials.
The authorities are focusing on completing essential groundwork, such as soil leveling and the provision of basic infrastructure, before the auction.
The expansion plan covers an area of 30,000 square meters, where four group housing projects have already been developed. Out of these, 26 plots have been sold, while the remaining are now being prepared for sale.A dedicated committee has been formed to oversee the layout and development of these plots under the Indirapuram Expansion Plan.
The committee has already approved the proposal, and the groundwork is expected to be completed soon. The plots will also feature boundary walls of 10 feet for added security.
