Audi E Concept Launching in China

The new AUDI E concept is set to introduce three future production models in China, starting mid-2025. Specifically designed for the Chinese market, the E Concept has dimensions of 4,870mm in length, 1,990mm in width, and 1,460mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,950mm. Its design features a long nose that distinguishes it from current Audi models.

Performance and Technology

The bold AUDI logo replaces the traditional four-ring design, giving the vehicle a fresh aesthetic. Co-developed by Audi AG and SAIC, the E Concept is built on an Advanced Digitized Platform. It boasts an impressive 800-volt electrical architecture and dual electric motors, delivering 764 bhp and 800 Nm of peak torque, allowing it to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in just 3.6 seconds. The 100 kWh battery pack provides a range of 700 km (CLTC standard) and supports quick charging capabilities.

Interior Features

The cabin showcases a freestanding curved touchscreen display and features four individual seats, accented with natural fiber and wood trim. The newly developed AUDI OS integrates facial recognition and personal device connectivity, enhancing the user experience.

Future Models

Production will commence in 2025, with a sedan expected in 2026 and an SUV in 2027. This new AUDI brand aims to attract young, tech-savvy Chinese EV buyers and strengthen Audi AG’s presence in the competitive market.
