Good news for Delhi residents as another route has been added to the city’s Mohalla bus service trial. The trial run of Mohalla buses has now begun on the Nand Nagri to Kalyanpuri route. The trial includes stopping at eight major locations along the way, and if successful, regular bus services will soon be launched on this route. The transport department had already started trials on four other routes earlier.

The Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) officially started the trial on September 9, with buses running from Nand Nagri Terminal to Kalyanpuri Terminal.

Key Stops on Nand Nagri to Kalyanpuri Route:

  1. Dilshad Garden
  2. Vivek Vihar Police Station
  3. MCD Office
  4. Jagatpuri A-Block
  5. Hasanpur Depot
  6. Gurudwara Khichripur
  7. Vinod Nagar
  8. Kalyanpuri Terminal

This new Mohalla bus service will benefit passengers traveling to areas like GTB Hospital, Vivekananda Mahila College, ESIC Hospital, Guru Gobind Singh University, and Dr. Hedgewar Hospital. It will also ease the commute for those living near IP Extension Metro Station and other nearby locations.
