If you’re a fan of the Maruti Suzuki Wagon-R, then this news is for you! It seems that the Wagon-R may soon be replaced by a new model from Maruti Suzuki, called the Suzuki Hustler. Recently, this car was spotted being tested on the streets of Delhi.
Design of the Suzuki Hustler 🚗
The Suzuki Hustler is a boxy-designed micro SUV that was first launched in 2014 but has yet to make its debut in India. The Hustler is quite tall, and if you take a closer look, its appearance seems to blend the design elements of the Jimny and S-Presso micro SUVs. Its unique, upright design gives it a standout presence on the road.
Engine and Performance ⚙️
The Suzuki Hustler is powered by a 660cc engine, which comes in two versions: a non-turbo version that produces 48bhp and a turbocharged version that delivers 64bhp. The car features a CVT gearbox and offers an All-Wheel Drive (AWD) option as well. With a length of 3.3 meters and a wheelbase of 2.40 meters, the Hustler is similar in size to cars like the MG Comet and Maruti Alto.
Expected Price 💰
When the Suzuki Hustler launches in India, its price is expected to be set with the middle-class consumer in mind. There is speculation that Maruti Suzuki may eventually replace the Wagon-R with this micro SUV, offering a fresh and modern alternative in the segment.
