The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is all set to launch a new housing scheme, offering a total of 39,573 flats. According to DDA officials, this scheme is expected to be launched by the end of this month.

DDA’s new scheme is designed to provide affordable housing to lower-income families. The flats will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis. The scheme will feature LIG (Low-Income Group) and EWS (Economically Weaker Section) flats at discounted rates in areas like Ramgarh Colony, Siraspur, Loknayakpuram, Rohini, and Narela. The starting price for these flats is expected to be around ₹11.5 lakh.
Offering 34,000 Flats Under ‘Sasta Ghar Awas Yojana 2024’ 🏡
The ‘Sasta Ghar Awas Yojana 2024’ by DDA will offer approximately 34,000 flats. These flats will be available in various localities like Jasola, Loknayakpuram, and Narela, and will include HIG (High-Income Group), MIG (Middle-Income Group), LIG, and EWS categories. The starting price for these flats is around ₹29 lakh, and the prices will be kept at the 2023 rate, ensuring affordability.
DDA to Launch Housing Scheme in Dwarka with High-End Flats 🏙️
The third scheme in the lineup is the Dwarka Housing Scheme, where DDA will offer 173 MIG, HIG, and High Category flats through e-auction. These flats will be located in Dwarka Sector 14, 16B, and 19B, with prices starting at ₹1.28 crore.
