Bharti Airtel has updated its list of international roaming (IR) recharge plans, launching a new plan starting at ₹133 per day, aimed at travelers going to various destinations. This plan covers 184 countries and includes unlimited data and in-flight connectivity, allowing passengers to make calls, send messages, and use the internet during flights.
Key Features of the New Airtel International Roaming Plan:
- Unlimited Data and Voice Calls: The plan offers unlimited internet and calling.
- In-flight Connectivity: Available for passengers to stay connected even during flights.
- 24×7 Contact Support: Continuous customer support is provided to the users.
- Activation upon Arrival: The plan activates automatically upon reaching the destination.
Additionally, Airtel claims that this new plan is more cost-effective than local SIMs in most countries. Users can manage their plans via the Airtel Thanks app, enabling them to auto-renew, switch services on or off, and change plans directly through the app.
Existing Airtel IR Plans:
- Airtel already offers several international roaming plans, starting at ₹649.
- The new plan range now starts from ₹130 and goes up to ₹2997, with the most expensive pack offering 365 days of validity, including 100 minutes of voice calls, 2GB of data, and 20 messages.
