Plans are underway for the development of a network connecting Noida to the Jevra International Airport, stretching from Gaziyabad. Initially, 22 stations will be constructed to integrate the Nammo Bharat and Metro systems. This number is expected to increase to 35 stations in the future, with preparations initially made for 25 stations.
📝 Project Details
A Detailed Project Report (DPR) has already been prepared, with a cost of Rs. 4.58 crore incurred for the creation of the DPR and feasibility report. The route from Gaziyabad’s Siddharthanagar to the Airport via Greeno West, Sector Alpha-1, and the airport is included in the National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) report submitted to the Yamuna Authority.

The Nammo Bharat train will pass through the following stations:
Gaziyabad South, Greeno West Sector-4, Sector-20, Sector-12, Malkapur, Alpha-1, Ecotech-6, Dankaur, YIDA Sector-18, YIDA Sector-21, and the Jevra Airport. Additionally, Metro stations will include Siddharthanagar (Gaziyabad), Greeno West Sector-16 C, Ecotech-12, Greeno West Sector-3, Greeno West Knowledge Park-5, Police Line Surajpur, Ecotech-2, Knowledge Park-3, Omega-2, and Ecotech-1E.
This development will establish direct connectivity to the Indira Gandhi International Airport and the film city being developed in Yamuna City.
🏗️ Construction Milestones and Targets
Construction of the Nammo Bharat route from Gaziyabad to Greater Noida West, extending to the Jevra Airport, is targeted for completion by 2031. In the initial phase, 18 stations will be constructed along the track from Gaziyabad’s Siddharthanagar to Greater Noida Ecotech-6, covering a distance of 39.39 kilometers. These stations will include seven Nammo Bharat and 11 Metro stations.
