Sanjay Singh’s defense claims arrest without due process
Visham Chaudhary, a senior lawyer representing Sanjay Singh, argued that Sanjay has been arrested without due process. He stated that more than a year has passed, but the ED has not yet contacted Sanjay. It was on October 4 when the ED suddenly raided Sanjay’s house, seizing his mobile phone and some documents, and then arresting him in the evening. In response, Additional Solicitor General SV Raju, representing the ED, argued that Sanjay was arrested following a legal process and investigation as per the law.
